In a rapidly developing world, it is becoming increasingly difficult for organisations to keep up with the latest advancements in technology. This is particularly true for businesses, who must not only adopt new technologies to remain competitive, but also integrate them into their existing processes and workflows. We refer to emerging technologies as those which are currently in the development stage and have the potential to change the way we live and work. Some of these technologies are still in their infancy, while others are quickly gaining traction and are set to have a major impact in the near future. Web3, Metaverse and Artificial intelligence (AI), and their interaction, are the most discussed emerging technologies which have the potential to shape the future of business.
